Send multiple docs out via E-mail or Fax.

You can easily and quickly send out docs to the client with a built in email system and fax system. The system will track when the email was sent per client and can also show you when a package was viewed. You can also sort and bind your signed docs and uploaded docs into one complete PDF package with ability to watermark the specific pages with borrower info, SSN, loan #, Address, etc...

E-sign Technology

The document library comes with several packages and forms pre-built to auto-populate borrower information and are E-signature ready. Additionally, you can send us your retainer agreements or custom packages and we will add it to your library for all users to access. With one click, a full agreement/package can be sent to borrowers, where all they have to do is review and E-sign through the browser by typing their name or drawing their signature.

We charge on the average $100-$300 per package, depending on the number of pages and number of dynamic pre-populated fields.

 

Centralized Document and File Management

All users can easily upload and centrally access documents and files on a per case basis, while the permission settings control when and how the docs are accessible. We allow for unlimited storage of docs, which meets many compliance requirements for law offices and financial regulations.
