Complete Private Label Solution
It's easy to add your own logo and information to the login portal so that it looks like your web site when your customers and agents log in.
The portal web site URL runs off your own domain, which does not contain any LoanPost branding, so your customers and agents will never know you are using TheLoanPost. In addition, we provide the HTML code so you can put the login form on your own web site! That way your customers and agents can just visit your web site to log in or submit scenarios online.
Online Submission Forms (Video Coming Soon)
TheLoanPost provides instant, hosted web forms or HTML iFrame code for your website that will allow your clients and agents to submit cases online with attached supporting documents. We have several versions that are turn key. If you don't have a website, we offer website services here.
- Full Version - This forces users to submit 100% complete scenarios in 4-5 steps, making it easy to qualify the client prior to accepting payment or processing paperwork.
- Short Version - This is a 1 step form that is quicker to fill out, but still provides qualifying information.
- Lead Capture - This form is VERY short and only asks the basic info needed to call the client back and see if there is a need.
- Full page - The full page makes it easy for a user to submit a full sceanrio without having to go through multiple steps.
Central Communication
Communication is one of the main issues that cause customer complaints and fallout.
With the interactive portal of TheLoanPost's professional software, communication takes clicks rather than hours. Customers communicate with you through an interactive notes system. The notes system keeps track of all notes back and forth and notifies each party thorough e-mail when they have a note to read. Unlike traditional e-mail, the notes system is a secure method for transmitting information back and forth, and it's centralized so everyone in your company can read and write correspondence. Remember to adjust settings that control user permissions relating to this function.
