Affiliate and Agent Management
Manage an unlimited number of affiliates, agents, and referral partners. The pipeline page gives you a bird's eye view of all your affiliates and their respective deals. You can send out mass email messages to all your affiliates/agents in one shot.
Although Affiliates/Agents with active login rights count as user and require license to use the software, you can have unlimited Affiliates/Agents at no cost. They will have to submit files through the online portal and receive updates via Email initiated by the back office.
Affiliate and Agent Permissions
You can link agents to more than one branch within your back office account. You can also link certain agents to specific back office employees to allow 2-way or 1-way communication. Control how and what an Affiliate/Agent accesses through their portal through on/off settings like:
- Allowed to Login
- Allowed to edit files under any status
- Allowed to access auto-generated docs under any status
- Allowed to send status update link to homeowners
- Allowed master file update rights
- Allowed to see private notes on files from back office staff
- Auto-Alert of all new files created in their portal
Affiliate and Agent Web Forms
Each Affiliate/Agent will have their own unique web form available with an iFrame code that pastes into any website, automatically creating an online submission portal for their clients. If you or we provide landing pages to your affiliates, this iFrame code can be used on their unique website. This creates 100% private label look and feel to the affiliate.
