How many lenders do you have?

There are 127 Prime, 102 Fannie/Freddie, 98 FHA, 36 Portfolio/Alt-A, 47 Hard Money/Sub Prime and 69 Commercial Lenders with our site.

Does it work for my lenders too?

You may add an unlimited number of lenders from your own lender list to your account or send us your lender list and we will upload your lenders for you. They will automatically work with the Search Engine and Pre-Qual Engine.

How up to date is the site?

The Loan Post's Search Engine lists lenders by specific niches and loan programs. This info is updated all the time, and is stamped with the date of the last update. Rates and YSP are updated everyday around 2-3 PM Eastern. And the Pre-Qual Engine returns eligibility responses in real time directly from the lender. So even if a lender had guidelines change that morning, your loan eligibility would reflect those changes. You can't get more up to date then that!

Contracts, set up fees, cancellation fees?

No, No, and No... We make becoming a member with The Loan Post as simple as possible without tying you down or hitting you with any surprise fees.

How does the 30 Day Risk Free Trial work?

After signing up, choosing your membership plan, and entering credit card info, you will have a full 30 days to try us out. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may cancel your account within 30 days for a full refund.

Should I Get A Basic Account or Premium Account?

The cost for a Basic account is $19.99/Monthly. You will have access to only the Virtual Rolodex, Search Engine, and Loan Modification Pre-Qual System.

The cost for a Premium account is $39.99/monthly. You will have access to all features mentioned above, plus the Pre-Qual Engine. The Pre-Qual Engine lets you send one scenario to multiple lenders in one shot. Your responses come back in real time, direct from a representative/Account Executive for the bank, lender, or investor.

Is there a discount for multiple users?

YES... Our corporate account structure starts with 5+ users and discounts vary with the membership types selected. A typical discount maybe 20% to 70% off depending on the number of users and account type selected. Please contact us for a custom quote.
